Siavash Ghidi is the driving force of Yourplugslazy! Siavash is also known as Sav, which suits his blunt, targeted approach to fitness coach. Those who work with him use words like, “tough love, real, down-to-earth, humble & understanding.” – as he pours his heart and soul into helping his clients.

Sav is an Ottawa, ON, Canada based content creator, trainer and coach. His handle is @yourplugslazy & the content he creates focuses on helping others achieve their body goals through diet/exercise advice & low calorie recipes. His content has helped countless others across the globe, which has caused him to establish “personal training” virtually – so that he is able to help clients from all over.

Sav was born and raised in Pickering, ON, Canada. Growing up as a fat kid who would order two happy meals & wore a shirt to go swimming. Sav has struggled the majority of his life with his weight.

His weight gain snowballed as he got older. This continued until about July of 2019 when, upon graduating from university, he decided to make a SERIOUS change. Through tons of research into help and consistent execution of his findings he was able to finally transform his body into something he can be proud of.

Though he is extremely content with his results, Sav wanted to do more with what he has learned throughout his weightloss journey. As such, Sav established Yourplugslazy to help others who are struggling with their bodies to also reach their goals.

Sav obtained a degree in Architecture History & Theory in 2019 and while he did not pursue a career in this field, the principles of ergonomics & curating a lived experience have been a strong foundation to his training approach.
